The decision that has been taken yesterday is that the match fee in domestic women’s cricket, which was Rs 20,000 per day, has been increased to Rs 50,000 per day, and the fee of reserve players, who were in the reserve team but did not play, has been increased from Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000. This is a huge increase, more than 100 per cent, which will greatly benefit women cricketers. This will inspire more girls to play cricket, and the standard of the game will improve.
