Lucknow, 23 December. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s newly appointed state president Pankaj Chaudhary on Tuesday targeted Samajwadi Party (SP) President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, saying that his PDA’s mantra is nothing more than a family alliance. In the press conference held at the party headquarters in Lucknow, he described the politics of Uttar Pradesh as the center of the country’s politics and said that he has 35 years of political experience and he is committed to taking everyone along. He said that the workers are paramount in the party and continuous work will be done for their respect and interests in future too.
He informed that Atal Centenary celebrations will be celebrated on 25th December on the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. From this day till 31st December, Good Governance Day programs will be organized across the state. Atal Smriti Sammelan will be organized in all the assemblies. Pankaj Choudhary said that on December 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate ‘Prerna Sthal’, while on December 26, Veer Bal Diwas will be celebrated. Regarding the Special Intensive Review (SIR), he clarified that the party and the government are fully committed and everyone has been handed over their responsibilities.
Taking aim at the opposition, he said that PDA stands for ‘Alliance of Family Parties’, the nature of which can be seen in Uttar Pradesh as well as other states. He said that BJP gave big responsibilities first to Kalyan Singh and currently to Narendra Modi, which is proof that workers and leaders are respected in the party.
He said that BJP is the only organization where democracy is completely intact. Teams are formed as per requirement and workers are given responsibilities as per the needs of the party. He reiterated that the basic mantra of BJP is ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ and work is done under this principle. Instead of strengthening any one region, the party focuses on the balanced development of the entire state and country.
