Big B praised grandson Agastya Nanda
Big B, while reviewing ‘Ikkis’, wrote – ‘When I saw my grandson in ‘Ikkis’, emotions poured out… I remembered the time when his mother, Shweta, was in labor and was being taken to Breach Candy Hospital… His birth… Holding him in my arms a few hours later and then discussing the color of his eyes, whether his eyes were blue? Then his growing up… his personal decision to become an actor and now seeing him on screen tonight, every time he is in the frame I can’t take my eyes off him.

Not Nana, but did the review as a spectator
Amitabh Bachchan also wrote in his blog that he has reviewed Ikkis I not as a grandfather, but as an ‘experienced viewer’ of cinema. He further wrote in his post, ‘His maturity, honesty without any filter in his acting, his presence justifies the character… No artificiality, just Arun Khetarpal, a 21 year old brave soldier in the India-Pakistan war of 1971, perfection in every shot… When he is in the frame, your eyes stop only on him… And this is not a Nana, but a hard core cinema lover speaking.’

My eyes became moist after watching the movie
