Pakistani people are sitting in government offices of Bangladesh, crimes are being committed against Hindus – Sushant Sarin

New Delhi. Foreign Affairs Expert Sushant Sarin has strongly criticized the current political system of Bangladesh. He alleged that Bangladesh is rapidly joining hands with Pakistan. Bangladesh is doing the same thing which Pakistan is telling it to do. At such a time, there is tension again in the relations between India and Bangladesh. Sarin said that Bangladesh is rediscovering its Pakistani roots. He is playing Pakistani tricks. He said this while referring to the work of the current government in Dhaka and the political direction it has adopted in the last few months.

Sushant Sarin raised questions on the legitimacy of the Bangladesh government and said that the government of Bangladesh is an illegal, illegitimate, unelected government. This government is now completely in the hands of Pakistan. He said that the response of Bangladeshi officials to a small protest in India shows this larger vision. He said that their reaction was so extreme to a small demonstration of 15-20 people, who were clearly feeling about the atrocities on minorities and the brutal murders taking place in Bangladesh. Sarin said that this was absurd, but it was expected, because absurdity is common in Pakistan and Bangladesh is now rediscovering its East Pakistan roots. He further strengthened his argument about ideological and political coordination. Sarin also claimed that there are disturbing reports about outside interference in Bangladesh’s government structures. He said that such disturbing reports are also coming that people of Pakistani system are sitting in government offices in Bangladesh and telling them what to do. Emphasizing the security implications of such developments, Sarin said that Pakistan and Bangladesh are trying to reach a defense agreement, which means that Pakistani troops may soon be on the ground in Bangladesh or some other kind of assistance may be provided.
