Haryana: Preparation to provide service security to contract employees in Haryana, online portal to be launched on December 25

Haryana News: Haryana Government has taken an important step towards providing the benefit of service security to the contract employees of the state. Under the Haryana Contract Employees (Service Security) Rules-2025, now all cases will be settled completely online. for this www.secure-employee.csharyana.gov.in A new portal is being started by the name, which will be launched on 25th December on the occasion of Good Governance Day.

In this regard, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi has issued a letter to all the concerned departments and given guidelines. The letter clarified that the objective of the portal is to ensure transparency, accuracy and uniformity in the service security process.

Offline application completely invalid

The Chief Secretary has made it clear that now all the matters related to contract employees will be settled only through online medium. No physical applications or offline orders will be accepted. If any department issues offline order, it will not be considered valid.

Registration will have to be done by 31 January 2026

According to the rules, all contract employees will have to register on the portal and upload the required documents by January 31, 2026. After this, the service records of the employees will be verified by the concerned Withdrawal and Disbursement Officer (DDO), the last date of which has been fixed as 28 February 2026.
