Many superbikes are popular in India. One such bike is the Aprilia RS 457. Recently this bike has been introduced with new color options.
At the India Bike Week 2025, Aprilia recently introduced three new color options for its mid-capacity sports bike, the Aprilia RS 457. This time, the company focused on presenting the bike with a fresh and attractive look instead of mechanical changes. The new colors make the RS 457 look more premium and sporty than before.

New color option of RS 457
Aprilia has introduced three new color options for the RS 457, which are Coral Blue Snake, Arsenic Yellow and Moto GP Replica (Racing Replica). The Coral Blue Snake color seems to be largely inspired by the shade found on the more expensive RS 660.
On the other hand, Arsenic Yellow comes with more subtle yet bold graphics. The Moto GP Replica color was earlier showcased globally at EICMA 2025 and now this color has been introduced for the Indian market as well. Notably, all the three color options come with contrasting red alloy wheels, which further enhances the sporty look of the bike.

There is no change in the engine
Apart from the new color options, the RS 457 is completely mechanically the same as before. It still gets a 457cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates 47.6hp of power and 43.5Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch. The weight of the bike is the same as before at 175 kg (with 13 liter fuel tank) and there is no change in the chassis either.
What’s the update on launch and pricing?
According to Aprilia, these new color options could be launched in India by January 2026. However, it is not yet clear whether these colors will replace the existing color options or will be available alongside them. The company has not given any official information regarding the price. The RS 457 is currently priced at Rs 4.54 lakh ex-showroom.
