Moscow shook again! After the murder of the general, second explosion in the same area, panic among security agencies

Russia-Ukraine War News In Hindi: Amid the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, Russia’s capital Moscow has once again been rocked by an explosion. Two traffic police officers and another person were killed in an explosion in southern Moscow early Wednesday morning. This incident took place near the same area where a Russian general had lost his life in a car bomb blast a few days ago. These continuous incidents have created a stir in the entire country.

According to the Russian Investigative Committee, the explosion occurred when two traffic police personnel were trying to detain a suspicious person. The officers had just approached the suspect standing near his service van when suddenly an explosive device detonated. The explosion was so strong that panic spread in the surrounding areas.

Investigation started under these allegations

The investigating committee reported that both police officers were seriously injured and died during treatment. Another person who was with him also lost his life in the explosion. Investigation has been started in the case under charges of attempt to murder law enforcement officers and illegal smuggling of explosive material.

People panic due to early morning blast

Alexander, a local resident living near the incident site, told news agency Reuters that the sound of the blast was exactly the same as that heard during a car bomb explosion a few days ago. Another resident, Roja, said that she woke up to the early morning explosion and it felt as if the entire building had shaken.

There was an explosion just in this area

According to reports, the explosion occurred very early in the morning near a police station on Yeletskaya Street. This is the same area where Russian General Fanil Sarvarov was killed in a car bomb attack earlier this week. It is reported that the two traffic police officers killed were only 24 and 25 years old. The senior officer also has a wife and a child making this incident a major tragedy for their families.

Russian officials say that at present the motive behind this attack is not clear and preliminary investigation is ongoing. Pictures broadcast on Russian television showed that the area of the blast had been surrounded by a heavy police force and security had been tightened.

Ukraine’s intelligence agencies behind the attack

Earlier on Monday, Fanil Sarvarov, head of the Operational Training Department of the Russian General Staff, was killed by an explosive device planted under his car. Russia has accused Ukrainian intelligence agencies of being behind this attack, although there has been no official reaction from Ukraine on this.

It is noteworthy that since the beginning of Russia’s military campaign against Ukraine in February 2022, several Russian generals, local officials and pro-Russian public figures have been killed in explosions in Russia and Ukraine-occupied territories. Ukraine has claimed responsibility for some of these attacks from time to time, while investigation into many cases is still ongoing.
