England players’ night party exposed after 3-0 defeat in Ashes! Ben Duckett looked drunk
Ashes Series 2025-26: The England team has suffered a big setback in the ongoing Ashes series 2025-26 in Australia. The team fell 3-0 after losing the first three Tests and after losing the Ashes, now the drunken videos of two players have gone viral on social media. Opener Ben Duckett and young all-rounder Jacob Bethel are seen in these videos, due to which questions are being raised on the discipline of the team.
What was seen in the viral video?
In a video, Ben Duckett is seen wandering the road in an intoxicated state. They are unable to find their way back to the hotel and people standing nearby are making fun of them. Someone asks if he needs a cab to the nets, since the team was trailing 2-0. Duckett is unable to speak properly and looks confused.

On the other hand, many clips of Jacob Bethel have surfaced. In one, he is seen vaping, while in the other he is dancing with an unknown person in a nightclub. These videos are said to be taken during the team’s break in Noosa between the second and third Test.
Looks like Jacob Bethell’s having a ripper time in Noosa.

ECB will now investigate
England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has taken cognizance of these videos. Managing director Rob Key said they were investigating all the issues. He described reports of excessive drinking as serious, but said no major disciplinary violations had been found so far. The purpose of the break was to refresh the players mentally.
England’s defeat in the Ashes
The performance of the England team captained by Ben Stokes was very poor. The first three Tests were easily defeated and the Ashes went to Australia in just 11 days. Lack of discipline in batting and collapse under pressure were the main reasons. Now the fourth Test will start in Melbourne on Christmas, where the team will want to avoid elimination.
