Samruddhi Mahamarg : There is an important news for the passengers traveling on the Mumbai – Nagpur Samruddhi Highway. Samriddhi Highway is a dream project of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and this project is always in the news. This highway is now completely opened for general public.
It is claimed that this highway makes it possible to complete the journey from Mumbai to Nagpur in just eight hours. This highway is promoting the integrated development of Vidarbha Marathwada as well as Madhya Maharashtra. Vidarbha is benefiting the most from this highway.
Most of the districts in the state are directly and indirectly benefiting from this highway. Initially, there was a lot of politics over this highway project, but now lakhs of passengers are traveling on this highway every day.
Meanwhile, if you are also traveling on this highway, there is a work update for you that the road will be closed for three days. The highway will not be closed for the whole day but the highway will be closed for one hour every day for three days.
When will the highway be closed?
An important decision has been taken to close the Samriddhi Highway for an hour for three days. Important thing is that not all the highways will be closed but in some villages this route will be closed.
This highway will be closed for one hour every day from 27th December 2025 to 29th December 2025. This highway will be closed for three days for one hour in Nagargaondi, Titwa villages.
At Nagargawandi village, this route will be closed on December 27, the channel from Mumbai during the period of 2 to 3 or 3 to 4 in the afternoon. Nagpur channel will be closed in Nagargawande village on December 28 from 2 to 3 or 3 to 4 in the afternoon.
Mumbai Channel will be closed from 11 AM to 12 PM or 12 PM to 1 PM on December 29 at Titwa village. Nagpur channel will be closed from 11 AM to 12 PM or 12 PM to 1 PM on December 29 in Titwa village.
What is the reason?
More than one million vehicles are traveling on this highway every month. The number of vehicles on the highway has increased in the last few months.
Meanwhile, a gantry will be installed on this highway by the State Road Development Corporation between Dhamangaon and Chandur Railway and for this work this route will be closed from 27th December to 29th December.
