Big twist in Unnao rape case! Kuldeep Sengar gets bail from High Court, now hearing will be held in SC

New Delhi: Delhi High Court had granted bail to former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar in the Unnao rape case and also suspended the life sentence awarded against him. After this decision, the victim and her lawyer are preparing to file a petition in the Supreme Court. The decision of Delhi High Court has become a matter of controversy across the country and discussion is going on regarding the judicial system regarding this matter.

After the decision of the High Court, the victim expressed her anger and dissatisfaction and said that she will not accept this decision and will continue her fight till the Supreme Court. Expressing full confidence in the judiciary, she said that she will not remain silent until the bail is cancelled.

Bail case reached Supreme Court

Anjale Patel and Pooja Shilpakar have challenged the decision of Delhi High Court in the Supreme Court. Both the petitioners have not been parties to this case before. He has appealed to the Supreme Court to cancel the bail of Kuldeep Sengar. The main parties involved in this case have already talked about challenging the High Court’s decision in the Supreme Court, which includes the Central Bureau of Investigation and the victim.

The victim expressed anger and dissatisfaction

The victim said that we are not going to back down now. We will not remain silent until the bail is rejected. We will file a petition in the Supreme Court. After the Delhi High Court’s decision, the victim went to India Gate to protest, but the police removed her from there.

The victim alleged, the police forcibly put me in the car and pushed me. I have rods in my arms and legs and 250 stitches all over my body. Despite this the police dragged me.

Concern and warning on bail

The victim said that bail is a dangerous sign in gang rape. He said that if bail is granted in gang rape cases, then this door can open in murder cases also. This fear is troubling us. At the same time, CBI has also talked about challenging Sengar’s bail and has emphasized on the seriousness of the case.
