Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hegde lock lips; BTS clips from sets of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai leaked

In today’s fast-paced social media generation, much ahead of a film’s actual release and official announcements, fans and even people from the sets often leak clips from shoots on platforms like Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter.

Recently, clips from Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Kriti Sanon’s much-awaited Cocktail 2 were leaked online. Months after that, photos of lead cast Pooja Hegde and Varun Dhawan, who are currently shooting in Rishikesh, along with several clips from the sets of their latest film Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, have gone viral.

In these BTS clips, Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hegde are seen getting quite close to each other. One clip, primarily shot by the beachside, shows Pooja in a black swimsuit, while Varun is seen wearing a shirt and shorts.

In another clip, Pooja is sitting on Varun’s lap as they film a cute romantic scene, and the duo is also seen stepping into the water for a few shots.

Many social media pages have confirmed that the leaked BTS videos are from March this year, and this is a subtle way to hype the movie and create anticipation, as the film will be hitting theatres next year.

As the makers have wrapped up the film, after completing their schedule there, Varun and Pooja shared a video on Instagram, in which the latter is seen wearing the same outfit.

For the unversed,  Varun Dhawan plays the male lead; the film stars three female leads.  Pooja Hegde, Mrunal Thakur and Mouni Roy.

Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai was slated to release this year. But, the movie has been postponed, and it will now it the big screens on June 5, 2026.

Varun Dhawan currently has two films lined up. Apart from Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, he will also be seen in Border 2. Border 2 will hit cinema halls on January 23, 2026.

Work Front (Pooja Hegde)

She will next be seen in the Tamil film Jana Nayagan, which is slated to release on January 9, 2026. It is said to be the last film of Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay.

Meanwhile, Pooja has films like Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai (Hindi), Kanchana 4 (Tamil), and DQ41 (Telugu).
