Saigon Technology named among Fortune’s Top 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia 2025
The ranking places Saigon Technology among a group of companies recognized for workplace practices across the region. The list is compiled by Fortune in collaboration with Great Place To Work, based on the Trust Index Survey, which gathered more than 630,000 anonymous responses reflecting the experiences of approximately 1.36 million employees in Southeast Asia.
Saigon Technology has previously received Great Place To Work certification for 2025, achieving a 98% score in the survey. The company said the combination of the certification and its inclusion in the Fortune list reflects its ongoing focus on workplace policies and organizational culture.
Founded in 2012, Saigon Technology has more than 13 years of experience in software development and provides services to clients in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific region. Its client base includes startups as well as large multinational companies.

The company said the recognition reflects its efforts in talent development and internal governance. According to Saigon Technology, it continues to invest in workforce development, technology, and management systems as part of its long-term growth strategy.
