Let us tell you, this study is a systematic review and meta-analysis, in which data from 13 observational studies from around the world has been extracted. Research study revealed that people who are not having breakfast daily, the risk of depression is up to 40 percent higher than normal people. At the same time, the risk of mental stress is also higher by 23 percent. Apart from this, research also revealed that by not having breakfast, the body does not get the necessary energy, which can increase hormonal imbalance and mental fatigue.
