For your information, let us tell you that to make milk cake, you will need 3 liters of full cream milk, one cup of sugar, 2 spoons of lemon juice, 1/4 spoon of cardamom powder, 2 spoons of finely chopped pistachios, 2 spoons of finely chopped almonds and 2 spoons of water.
First step- Heat milk in a thick bottomed vessel on medium flame. Boil the milk while stirring occasionally until it reduces to half.
Second step- After this, mix water and lemon juice in a cup. Now mix this lemon water in the milk kept on low flame.
Third step- After boiling this mixture for about 2 minutes, dissolve one cup of sugar in the same mixture. This milk mixture will become thick and its color will also appear slightly golden-brown.
Fourth step- When the milk mixture starts separating from the pan, then you have to add cardamom powder to it. After this, grease the steel plate with some ghee and then pour this mixture in the plate and set it.
Fifth step- Let the milk cake cool thoroughly for a few hours. Now you can separate the edges of this mixture with a knife and cut it into the shape of a sweet.
Sixth step- To enhance the taste of milk cake, do not forget to add finely chopped pistachios and almonds at the end.
