Vaibhav Suryavanshi Receives Biggest Award From President, Photo Viral On Social Media

India’s young cricketer Vaibhav Suryavanshi is reaching new milestones day by day. At just 14 years of age, Vaibhav has taken the cricket world by storm and set many records. His remarkable success on the field has earned him recognition from the Government of India. Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been honored with the country’s highest child award, the Prime Minister’s National Child Award. President Draupadi Murmu personally presented the award to this promising batsman from Bihar in a special ceremony.

On Friday, December 26, when the Bihar team was on the field for the second match of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, the team’s superstar batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi was present at the Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi. The occasion was the Prime Minister’s National Child Award. Like every year, this year too many youth and children across the country were honored for their achievements, some for their bravery, some for their contribution in sports, music or science.

Vaibhav, a resident of Samastipur in Bihar, was given the award for his outstanding achievements in the world of cricket. President Murmu presented the award to Vaibhav for his achievements, which included becoming the youngest player in the IPL and the fastest Indian batsman to score a century. As soon as Vaibhav’s name was called for the award, the entire Vigyan Bhavan erupted in applause. Vaibhav came in an orange blazer and a white kurta-pyjama.

The award for Vaibhav was a proud moment not only for him but also for his family and his brother shared it with everyone without hesitation. Vaibhav’s elder brother Ujjwal Suryavanshi posted a photo of Vaibhav accepting the award on his Instagram account and wrote, “This is a proud moment for us. Today Vaibhav was honored with the Child Award by the President of our country. Our President also appreciated Vaibhav.”
