Vitamin B Complex Deficiency: It happens with many people that they feel tired throughout the day even without doing much hard work. Many times people ignore the reasons behind this. Vitamin B complex works to convert our food into energy. These are water soluble vitamins which provide rapid energy to the body. If food is not converted into energy then there is a deficiency of other nutrients in the body. In such a situation, fatigue of both mind and body is felt.
How will it be fulfilled?
There are not many options to overcome the deficiency of Vitamin B complex. Because very little Vitamin B complex is found in the diet. In vegetarian diet, Vitamin B complex is found only in green leafy vegetables, whole grains, milk, curd and some fruits, whereas in non-vegetarian diet, it is found in meat, fish, chicken and eggs.
If you feel tired throughout the day without working, then reduce the intake of tea and coffee. Apart from this, avoid consuming canned products. If even after this the vitamins are not fulfilled then you can immediately take supplements after consulting the doctor.
