Today, the whole country is celebrating as Veer Bal Diwas, a special day dedicated to the memory of the indomitable bravery and sacrifice of the four Sahibzadas of the tenth Guru of Sikhs, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Ji, Sahibzada Jujhar Singh Ji, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Ji, Sahibzada Fateh Singh Ji, especially younger Sahibzada Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh.

On this special occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reached the Gurudwara located on Hamidia Road in the capital Bhopal and paid obeisance there. On this occasion, the CM saw and praised the photo exhibition based on the life, sacrifice and bravery of Sahibzadas in the Gurudwara premises.
The martyrdom of brave Sahibzadas inspires us even today.
Addressing the program organized in the Gurudwara, the Chief Minister said that what the tyrants did to the four Sahibzadas was the height of cruelty, even after years, our souls tremble after hearing this, but the man who loved the country and society, Guru Gobind Singh Ji and his family, who showed courage and sacrificed their lives smilingly, still inspires us.
Children’s Day will be celebrated at the government level on 26th December.
The Chief Minister said that the martyrdom given by these small children is Children’s Day in true sense, hence we have decided to celebrate it at the government level. He said that we will include this glorious history in the school curriculum of Madhya Pradesh. He assured on some of the demands made by the Gurdwara Management Committee that the government will soon consider it.
