Jamie Lever has announced a short break from social media after facing backlash over Tanya Mittal video. Johnny Lever’s daughter, Jamie, has established herself as one of the top content creators by mimicking various celebs and artists. The mimicry artist recently copied Bigg Boss 19 contestant Tanya Mittal in her video.
However, this time, she faced more backlash than applause. Many felt she had gone overboard and some called the sequence below-the-belt. Owing to the backlash, Jamie has now announced a short break from social media. In a social media post, she expressed how she loves and worships her work.

“Those who truly know me know how deeply I love my work and how honestly I do it. I’m grateful to God for the gift of bringing joy to others and forever thankful for the love I’ve received over the years,” she wrote.
“I’ve learned on this journey that not everyone will cheer for you or laugh with you. Recent events have made me feel like I’ve lost a small part of myself; this comes from reflection, not anger,” she added.

“I love what I do and will always entertain. For now, I’m taking some time to rest and reset. See you next year. Thank you for the love, prayers, and support—always,” she concluded. Jamie’s post received a lot of love from celebs and influencers. Many told her to bounce back soon and many expressed that they would miss her absence on the platform.
