According to media reports, one of his clients took Prashant Sreekumar to Gray Nuns Community Hospital in Edmonton at around 12:15 pm after he complained of severe chest pain. The wife alleges that from 12:20 am to around 8:50 pm, Prashant was kept in emergency triage, but during this period he was not given any concrete medical help.

The wife said in a viral video that Prashant was constantly complaining of chest pain, his blood pressure kept increasing and the last recorded BP reached 210.
