According to NIA, on November 10, Muzammil’s friend Umar was driving a car loaded with explosives and he was the main conspirator of this terrorist attack. 15 people were killed in this blast. The blast took place in Hyundai car i-20, which Umar was driving. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has revealed this while inaugurating the Anti-Terrorism Conference-2025 in New Delhi.
