From Rohit-Kohli to Shami-Pant, complete report card of international stars in Vijay Hazare Trophy
Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26: Round-2 of Vijay Hazare Trophy was played on 26 December. Many star players of India represented their state in the second round also. Rohit Sharma played for Mumbai against Uttarakhand in Jaipur, while Virat Kohli, participating for Delhi, batted against Gujarat. In the second match, Rohit Sharma disappointed with batting, while Virat Kohli played a half-century.
Rinku Singh-Devdutt and Nair’s century
In the second round, three star players of India played century innings. Rinku Singh played an unbeaten inning of 106 runs in 60 balls, in which he hit 11 fours and 4 sixes. For Karnataka, Karun Nair scored 130 runs in 13 balls with the help of 14 fours, while for Karnataka, left-handed batsman Devdutt Padikkal scored 124 runs in 137 balls, he also hit 12 fours and 3 sixes.

Virat dominates, Rohit fails
Virat Kohli had also played a century in the first match against Andhra Pradesh. At the same time, he played a brilliant inning of 77 runs against Gujarat in the second match. Thanks to this inning, he has become the player with the highest average run scorer in the world in List A cricket. He became the leading run scorer in List A with an average of 57.87. Apart from this, Rohit Sharma disappointed. He played a century in the first match against Sikkim, while in the second match against Uttarakhand, he was out on a golden duck.
