Man City open to January exit for Oscar Bobb amid Semenyo links
Manchester City winger Oscar Bobb could be on the move during the upcoming January transfer window, with the Premier League champions open to allowing the Norwegian talent to leave in search of regular game time.
According to reports, Bobb may be permitted to depart if Manchester City complete a deal for Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo. The potential arrival of Semenyo would further increase competition in City’s already star-studded attacking lineup, limiting Bobb’s opportunities ahead of the 2026 season.
Despite being regarded as one of City’s most exciting young attackers, Bobb has found minutes hard to come by under Pep Guardiola due to the club’s depth in wide areas. The 21-year-old has impressed whenever given chances, showcasing technical quality, close control, and tactical intelligence, but consistent starts remain difficult at the Etihad Stadium.
Several clubs across Europe are monitoring the situation closely. Borussia Dortmund are among the sides that have made initial contact, expressing interest in a possible move for the Norwegian international.
