UP captain Rinku Singh scored a century in Vijay Hazare Trophy.
New Delhi 27 December 2025: Rinku Singh scores century in Vijay Hazare Trophy. In the second round of Vijay Hazare Trophy, UP captain Rinku Singh lost the toss. However, Chandigarh decided to bowl first and invited UP to bat first. Batting first, UPA scored 367 runs losing four wickets. Aryan Juyale scored 134 runs and captain Rinku Singh scored 106 runs.
Rinku Singh has been included in the Indian team for the 2026 T20 World Cup. Now, with his impressive performance in the Vijay Hazare Trophy, he looks to justify the selectors’ decision. Rinku Singh not only played captaincy innings against Chhattisgarh, but also scored a strong century.
In the second round of Vijay Hazare Trophy, Uttar Pradesh captain Rinku Singh lost the toss. However, Chande decided to bowl first and invited Uttar Pradesh to bat first. The team had a weak start and had to suffer its first defeat on the score of 3 runs.

Aryan Juyale also scored a century
Then Aryan Juyal scored a century and laid the foundation of a big score by partnering with Dhruv Jurail (67) and Sameer Rizvi (32). Finally, Aryanni was joined by captain Rinku Singh, who batted aggressively from the beginning.
Rinku played the role of finisher
Playing as a finisher, Rinku Singh completed his century in 56 balls. Meanwhile, Aryan was out after scoring 134 runs. However, Rinku Singh remained steadfast till the end, scoring 106 runs in 60 balls with 11 fours and four sixes.
