CWC Meeting: Today a meeting of Congress Working Committee (CWC) was held at Congress Headquarters Indira Bhawan. In this meeting, top leaders of Congress attended an important meeting of the Working Committee, the biggest decision-making body of the party. In this meeting of Congress, the current political situation of the country and the further action of the party against the government was discussed.

In fact, the Central Government has replaced the UPA-era rural employment scheme Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (MGNREGA) with the newly developed India-Employment and Livelihood Mission (Rural) Act (VB-G RAM G). In this big meeting of the Congress Working Committee, apart from Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and former party president Rahul Gandhi, Chief Ministers of Congress ruled states Karnataka, Telangana and Himachal Pradesh also participated.
