Recipe : Vegetable Samosa Soda, Homemade Juicy, Spicy and Crispy ‘Chicken Samosa’

The fun of making samosas at home with clean, fresh ingredients and seasonings of your choice is something else than eaten at hotels or out. Material

  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Olen / Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Water – for kneading

Ingredients for Chicken Filling:

  • Boneless Chicken (Finely Chopped or Minced) – 250 gms
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric – ½ tsp
  • Red Chilli – 1 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Coriander – finely chopped
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

  • For this, first add salt and oil to the flour and rub it well. Knead a thick dough by adding water little by little. Cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and saute until fragrant.
  • Add turmeric, red chillies, coriander-cumin powder and stir. Then add the chicken and saute on medium heat until fully cooked. Finally

  • Roll the dough into small balls. Cut in half to form a cone (cone). Fill the chicken filling inside and close the edges with water.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry samosas on low flame until golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot chicken samosas with green chutney, tamarind chutney or tomato sauce. of the evening
