The most attractive package is for ‘Specialist Programmer L3’ (Trainee), where selected candidates will get a package of approximately Rs 21 lakh per annum. After this, an annual offer of around Rs 16 lakh has been made for ‘Specialist Programmer L2’ and Rs 11 lakh for ‘L1’ level. Apart from this, the company has also fixed a base package of around Rs 7 lakh for ‘Digital Specialist Engineer’ (Trained), which is much better than the traditional entry-level salary.
