Make tasty gum laddus in winter for strong immunity

Step 1- First of all, take one and a half to two cups of wheat flour in a vessel. Now add one cup milk or one cup ghee in the flour and mix it well.
Second step- You have to press this mixture well and leave it for about half an hour so that it gets set. Till then fry 50-50 grams cashews, almonds, walnuts and makhanas.
Third Step- After this you also have to fry one cup of gum. Now after sieving the flour mixture thoroughly, fry it on low flame for 20 minutes.
Fourth step- When the color of the mixture becomes light brown, then you can add grated coconut and poppy seeds to it. Grind roasted dry fruits and mix them in this mixture.
Fifth step- Crush the gum and add it to this mixture. After this add cardamom powder, dry ginger powder and raisins to it.
Sixth Step- Finally melt the jaggery and mix it in this mixture. The mixture of your gum laddus is completely ready, you just have to make small sized laddus from this mixture.
