Injuries on the body, pain in other parts and undergarments also missing… Woman accuses Udaipur CEO of rape
Udaipur : A serious criminal incident that happened with a female manager of an IT company in Udaipur, Rajasthan has shocked the city. This case is said to have taken place on December 20, in which the victim has made serious allegations against senior officials associated with her own workplace. Police have arrested the company’s CEO Jitesh Prakash Sisodia, woman executive head Shilpa Sirohi and her husband Gaurav Sirohi.
All three accused committed the crime forcibly
Let us tell you that in the complaint given to the police, the woman alleged that the three accused forcibly committed the crime with her. Medical examination has confirmed signs of injuries and discomfort on the body. The victim also told that some of her personal belongings were missing after the incident, which further increased the seriousness of the matter.
Events of the night of 20 December
That day the victim had attended a company-related program at a hotel in Shobhagpura. The event was related to the CEO’s birthday and lasted till late night. Alcohol was consumed during the program. When it got late and her health deteriorated, the accused offered to drop the woman home.
Suspicious activities during travel
According to the police, Gaurav Sirohi was driving the car, while the victim and other accused were present in the back seat. Stopping at a shop on the way, a substance was purchased, which was given to the victim. It is alleged that after consuming it the woman fell into unconsciousness.
Important evidence found from dashcam
After regaining consciousness, the victim checked the dashcam installed inside the car, which revealed that scenes and conversations related to the entire incident were recorded. On the basis of this digital evidence, the woman contacted the police and lodged a formal complaint on December 23.
Police action and further investigation
On the basis of the complaint and medical report, the police arrested the three accused and presented them in the court, from where they were sent to police custody for four days. Police say that a detailed investigation of the case is going on and all aspects are being investigated thoroughly.
