choose the right carrot

To make delicious halwa, it is very important to choose the right carrot. In this case, take 1 kg carrot. Wash them thoroughly, peel them and then grate them. Keep in mind that the finer the carrot is grated, the tastier the pudding will be.

Fry carrots in ghee

Now place a pan on the gas and add ghee in it. When the ghee becomes hot, add grated carrots to it. After this, fry the carrots on medium flame and keep stirring continuously. Keep stirring the carrots until they are cooked well.

Cook carrots by adding milk

When the carrots become soft, add full cream milk to it and cook on medium flame. Along with this, also add cardamom powder to it. This will increase both the taste and aroma of halwa.
