Kidney smuggling: Cambodian doctor turns out to be the mastermind, viral video reveals secrets, police gets evidence
Chandrapur Police Investigation: In the international kidney smuggling case, information has come to light that Dr. Chiang of Cambodia is the main kingpin of this racket. According to sources, Ramakrishnan Sunchu used to send youths to India to sell kidneys for him.
Himanshu Bhardwaj from Mohali, Chandigarh and engineer Paul from Kolkata were also associated with Suchu. Meanwhile, the police have received the names of five youths who went to Cambodia along with Roshan Kude of Nagbhid. Now the police is busy searching for these five.
Police got hold of important evidence
This kidney trafficking case, which came to light from a small village like Mindhoor in Nagbhid taluka, has directly reached Cambodia. Now the name of Cambodia based Dr. Chiang has come to light in this case. Ramakrishnan used to find young people who could sell kidneys in India for Dr. Chiang. The police have also found some important evidence between Dr. Chiang and Ramakrishnan.
Apart from this, Himanshu Bhardwaj and Paul were associated with Ramakrishnan. Himanshu Bhardwaj does the business of renting taxis. Through this business, he used to find young men who could sell kidneys for Ramakrishnan and take them to Kolkata.
There, with the help of Paul, his health check-up, blood group test and other tests were done. The police have also collected information about the laboratory where all these tests were conducted. However, Paul escaped in time, causing difficulties in the investigation.
Cambodia airport video clip goes viral
Roshan Kude of Nagbhid also went to Cambodia along with Himanshu. The video clip of Himanshu and Kude at Cambodia airport went viral. On the basis of this footage, the police have got the names of other people who went to Cambodia with him. These include two youths from Uttar Pradesh, one from Bihar, one from Roshan and one from Nashik.

However, the youth from Nashik escaped from the airport itself. Ramakrishnan used to take youths selling kidneys in India to Dr. Chiang. He used to do business of buying and selling property to show it to people in Solapur.
How many more accused?
At present, the police is trying to find out how many more people are involved in this kidney smuggling racket. The police has also achieved a lot of success in this direction. In the same case, the concerned moneylender of Brahmapuri was again presented in the court today. After the bail was rejected by the District Court, Manish Purushottam Ghatbadhe, accused of illegal moneylending, was presented by the police in the Brahmapuri court.
The court sent him to police custody for 3 days. After the expiry of Manish’s police custody on Saturday (December 27), the Brahmapuri Court has finally ordered to send the accused Manish Ghatbandhe to judicial custody till January 2, 2026. Till now 5 accused are already in judicial custody in this serious case.
