New Delhi. Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh has made a post on social media just before the start of the CWC meeting, which has intensified the discussion in political circles. He has shared an old picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which Modi is seen sitting near the feet of Lal Krishna Advani.

Digvijay Singh wrote with the picture that ‘The grassroots volunteer of RSS and the grassroots worker of BJP (BJP-RSS) sat down and became CM and PM… this is the power of the organization.’

What advice to the Congress leadership?

This post has once again raised a big question. Is Digvijay Singh indirectly giving advice to the Congress leadership by saying this? Is this a sarcasm on the lack of cadre working at the grassroots level in the Congress organization? This question is being raised rapidly inside and outside the Congress. Interestingly, Digvijay Singh has also tagged Narendra Modi along with Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge in his post, due to which the political temperature has further increased.
Question on timing of post
The most important thing about this post is that Digvijay Singh is posting this when the CWC meeting is going on and he himself is present in the meeting. Both the timing and the message make this post even more politically important.
Had given advice to Congress earlier also
A week before this, on December 19, Digvijay Singh had posted a post in which he gave a direct message to Rahul Gandhi and said that he should pay attention to Congress. We need a practical decentralization approach. I hope you will but the times are not easy to understand you.

Posting on X, Digvijay wrote, ‘Rahul ji, your opinion on socio-economic issues is absolutely correct, but now please pay attention to Congress also. Like the Election Commission, the Indian National Congress also needs reforms.
