Educational journey started from Delhi

Priyanka Goyal did her early education from Maharaja Agrasen Model School, Pitampura, Delhi. He scored 93 percent marks in class 12th. After this he completed his graduation in commerce from Keshav Mahavidyalaya, Delhi University. During his studies, he developed the habit of discipline and consistency, which later came in handy in his preparation for UPSC.

UPSC preparation started from 2016

Priyanka started preparing for the Civil Services Examination in 2016 and gave her first attempt in 2017, but she did not get success. After this, in the next attempt she missed the Prelims exam by just 0.3 marks. This moment was extremely disappointing for him, but he used it as an opportunity to recognize his shortcomings instead of considering it as the end.

After several failed attempts and introspection, the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2022 proved to be decisive for Priyanka Goyal. In his sixth attempt, he fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS officer by securing All India Rank 369. This success was the result of years of hard work and patience.

Discipline in studies becomes the key to success

The biggest feature of Priyanka’s preparation was her strict discipline. According to the information, before the final attempt he studied for 17–18 hours daily for about two months. He believes that only continuous hard work for a long time and complete concentration in the final stage leads to success in the examination.

Got full support from family

Priyanka Goyal comes from an ordinary family. His father is a businessman and mother a housewife. During the times of failures, the trust and support of his family became his biggest strength, which gave him the strength to move forward.
