Amit Shah’s visit to Kolkata before assembly elections, stay for three days!
According to the information received, Amit Shah will reach Kolkata on the evening of 29th December and will stay there till 31st December. The visit is coming just after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to Bengal, which shows the BJP’s strong preparation to challenge Mamata Banerjee’s TMC (Trinamool Congress) in 2026.
The yatra will begin on Monday night, when Amit Shah will hold a core group meeting with top local BJP leaders as soon as he reaches Kolkata. This meeting will focus on the internal preparations and organizational strengthening of the party. During this time, feedback will be taken from the state unit leaders and a roadmap will be prepared for the upcoming elections.
Shah’s schedule will be very busy on December 30. From morning itself, he will attend separate meetings with the core group and general leaders of the party. On this day, he will address the media and also hold a press conference, in which he can attack election issues, SIR process and policies of the TMC government.
Apart from this, Shah will visit the famous temple of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness). In the evening he will go to the Kolkata office of RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh), where he will have a long meeting with senior Sangh officials and pracharaks. In this meeting, there will be detailed consultation on local issues of Bengal, organization expansion and election challenges.
The yatra will culminate on December 31, when Amit Shah will address a mega workers’ conference in Kolkata. Thousands of BJP workers will attend this conference, where Shah will give them the mantra of election victory and inspire them. According to some reports, on this day they may also visit some historical sites of Kolkata.
