Congress MP compared RSS with Al-Qaeda, where did the controversy start?

The voice of reform has started rising in Congress. Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh for the first time on December 19 demanded reforms in the organization. For the second time on December 27, in another social media post, he praised BJP and RSS organization. On the other hand, Shashi Tharoor also openly supported Digvijay Singh. But Congress MP Manickam Tagore’s opinion is different from both. In his controversial statement, he compared Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) with terrorist organizations like Al-Qaeda.

Manickam Tagore reacted to Digvijay Singh’s statement and saidRSS It is an organization built on hatred. It spreads hatred. There is nothing like learning from hate. Can you learn something from al-Qaeda? Al-Qaeda is an organization of hatred. It hates others. What’s it like learning from that organization? If you want to learn then learn from good people.

Manikkam Tagore further said, Congress party is 140 years old. Congress brought the people together. Mahatma Gandhi transformed the Congress Party into a mass movement. Should this organization learn from organizations that spread hate?

Where did the controversy start?

Digvijay Singh had shared an old photo of BJP leaders on his social media on Saturday. In this he had said that a grassroots worker of BJP and RSS can become Chief Minister and Prime Minister by sitting at the feet of their leaders. This is the strength of the organization. Although he did not take the name of Congress anywhere. But his post started being linked to Congress. In another post on December 19, Digvijay Singh had advocated organizational reforms in the Congress.

Tharoor did Digvijay Singh’s support

Shashi Tharoor openly supported Digvijay Singh. He said that we are friends of Digvijay Singh. Demand to strengthen the organization. Tharoor said,The organization should be strengthened, there is no doubt about that. However, Digvijay Singh, who had praised BJP and RSS a day ago, has now retracted his statement.

Digvijay Singh said in a new statement that I am opposed to the ideology of the Sangh. The Sangh does not follow the law and constitution of the country. The law of the country does not apply to the association and it is not even a registered institution. However, even today Digvijay Singh seems convinced of the power of the RSS organization. He praised openly for the second time.
