Vinay Tyagi was shot three days ago during a film-style firing in broad daylight in Haridwar. Critically injured Vinay was first admitted to the local hospital and later to the Trauma Center of Rishikesh AIIMS, where he died during treatment. The entire incident took place three days ago in Laksar area of ​​Haridwar, when the police was taking Vinay Tyagi for court appearance. Meanwhile, two miscreants riding a bike chased the police vehicle and suddenly started firing during the traffic jam near Laksar flyover.

The miscreants fired several rounds at the police vehicle, in which a policeman and Vinay Tyagi, who was sitting in the vehicle, were injured. After the firing, the accused miscreants managed to escape from the spot. There was panic in the entire area after the incident. The police immediately took the injured to the hospital and started investigating the case. Vinay Tyagi’s condition remained critical and he died on Saturday morning. Vinay Tyagi was a notorious criminal who had more than 50 criminal cases registered against him in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, including murder, robbery, extortion and gang war.

After the death of Vinay Tyagi, this matter has also taken on political colour. Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has taken a dig at this firing and death. Posting on social media platform Along with this post, Akhilesh Yadav has also shared a newspaper cutting. His statement is being seen as raising questions on the police action and the entire incident.

Sister made serious allegations

After the death of Vinay Tyagi, his sister Seema Tyagi has made serious allegations in the whole matter. Seema Tyagi claims that this case is related to a big theft of Rs 750 crore that happened in Dehradun. He said that gold, silver and huge amount of cash were involved in this theft. According to Seema, all this material belonged to an NHAI contractor, who had kept it hidden at a friend’s house to avoid the ED. Seema Tyagi alleged that there was already enmity between Vinay Tyagi and that contractor. Due to this enmity, Vinay committed this theft and took all the goods in his possession. He claims that due to this dispute, a conspiracy was hatched to remove Vinay from the way and he was attacked during his appearance.
