Monsoon Alert – Heavy hail and strong winds expected, rain warning issued for 5 states

Weather in Himachal Pradesh

A new spell of rain has begun in Himachal Pradesh. The completely changed weather conditions are causing difficulties. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for several states. Intermittent rain is expected in the state for the next 48 hours. A snowfall alert has also been issued for several places.

Heavy Rain Expected in These States

Although the monsoon season is over, many states, including Kerala, are experiencing rain. According to the IMD, the weather in Kerala has changed completely. Rain is expected in many parts of Kerala.

Rain is also expected in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Uttarakhand. Besides these, scattered rain is possible in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rain warning for Puducherry and Karaikal.

Weather in Rajasthan

According to the IMD, Rajasthan experienced torrential rains during the monsoon season. But now, the cold weather has brought life to a standstill in the state. The cold weather is expected to persist in Rajasthan for the next 48 hours. Dense fog is likely in several districts during the morning hours.
