Rampur Accident Viral Video: A painful accident took place in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, in which a truck filled with straw overturned on a Bolero with Uttar Pradesh Government written on it, resulting in the death of the driver of the Bolero. This accident happened near Ganj police station area. This incident has once again sparked a debate about overloading in trucks and large vehicles, as the government makes tall claims against overloading, but the reality seems to be different.

Giving information about the incident, Superintendent of Police, Rampur, Vidyasagar Mishri said that a truck laden with chaff overturned on a Bolero near the hill gate in the police station area Ganj, due to which the Bolero driver was crushed to death.

On receiving the information, Inspector Kotwali, Ganj, Civil Lines along with CO City and CO Swar also reached the spot. After this the truck was removed with the help of crane and JCB and the dead Bolero driver was taken out.

Uttar Pradesh Government was written on the Bolero vehicle. The family members are being contacted on the basis of a mobile number. At present the body has been sent for post-mortem and the truck has been taken into custody.

A CCTV video of this accident has also surfaced, in which it can be seen that the truck came from behind and collided with the Bolero and then when the truck was equal to the Bolero, it overturned while turning, due to which the truck completely fell on the Bolero and the Bolero got crushed and completely destroyed. The Bolero driver was crushed to death in this accident.

SP inspected the incident site

After receiving information about the accident, SP Vidyasagar also reached the spot. He inspected the spot and gave necessary directions to the officials. The police have taken the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem, and investigation into the matter has been started.

After the accident, long queues of vehicles formed on both sides of Nainital Road, due to which the traffic was completely disrupted. As soon as the information was received, police from all three police stations of the city reached the spot. Seeing the situation, ambulance and fire brigade teams were also called to the spot.
