South cinema superstar and Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) president Thalapathy Vijay returned to Chennai from Malaysia on the night of Sunday 28 December 2025. While coming out at the airport, a huge crowd of fans surrounded him. Just before sitting in the car, he lost his balance due to the push and fell. This incident was captured on camera, the video of which is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

Vijay was returning from the audio launch of his last film ‘Jana Nayakan’. Thousands of fans and party workers had gathered outside the airport to get a glimpse of him. The crowd went out of control, causing Vijay to stumble and fall near the car.

The security personnel immediately handled him and made him sit safely in the car. The good thing was that he was not hurt. Some reports also mention a minor accident involving a car in the convoy, but there was no official confirmation.
