Actor Sushant Singh sought help from Mumbai Police on X, deleted the post as soon as he heard the police’s reply!

Actor Sushant Singh, who lives in Mumbai, was troubled by the loud music coming from a restaurant near his house till late night. On the night of Sunday, December 28, 2025, he complained on social media by tagging Mumbai Police and asked whether making so much noise after 10 pm is legal in the eyes of the law.

Rooftop restaurant targeted

Sushant Singh posted a video on social media platform X, in which the sound of loud music was clearly heard from the rooftop restaurant ‘Trove9’ located next to his house. The video was of 10:40 pm and the noise was continuing even while writing the tweet. The actor wrote that this has been happening continuously after 10 pm for the last few days. He asked Mumbai Police whether this was legally correct.

The tweet was deleted as soon as the reply was received.

Mumbai Police immediately responded that the case has been sent to Amboli police station in Andheri as that area falls under their jurisdiction. Police assured action. Later Sushant Singh deleted his tweet and video. However, by then many people supported him and agreed to the problem of noise. The time limit for playing music outdoors in restaurants and bars in Mumbai is till 10 pm.
