The apex court has stayed the order of Delhi High Court in which relief was given to Kuldeep Sengar. Emotional letter shared on social media

On one hand, while the victim is still fighting for justice for the heinous crime committed against her, on the other hand, Kuldeep Sengar’s daughter Dr. Ishita Sengar has also made her pain public. After remaining silent for almost eight years, Ishita has shared an emotional letter on the social media platform X.

what was said in the letter

Ishita wrote that she and her family always trusted the justice system, law and constitution of the country. He never demonstrated, nor made noise in the media. He believed that no drama was needed for the truth to come out. But now their trust is gradually breaking.

Hate being spread without facts

Dr. Ishita says that without looking at the facts and court records, people are spreading hatred against her on social media. He was even threatened with death several times.

Knocked on every door for 8 years

Ishita also wrote that for eight years she knocked on every door, contacted officials, institutions and media, but no one listened to her. Their pain remained unheard because their truth was not ‘beneficial’ to anyone.

Talking about the atmosphere of fear and pressure, he said that today the situation is such that people are afraid of speaking the truth. He clarified that this letter is neither a threat nor an attempt to get sympathy. She just wants justice, being a human being.
