BSF termed Bangladesh’s claims as false and fabricated… Hadi’s killers did not enter Indian territory.

Bangladesh Border Guard also did not give any information about infiltration

New Delhi. Tension is at its peak between India and Bangladesh over the murder of Sharif Usman Hadi, the rising leader of Bangladesh and spokesperson of Inquilab Manch. Bangladesh Police had recently claimed that the accused involved in Hadi’s murder had fled to the Indian border. But the Border Security Force (BSF) has completely rejected these allegations and called them false, fabricated and misleading. BSF’s Meghalaya, Tripura and Assam region units have jointly denied the claims of Bangladesh’s Internal Security Department. BSF clarified that the forces deployed along the Indian border have clarified that there is no information about any illegal movement or arrest in Meghalaya or adjoining sectors. According to sources, Bangladesh Border Guard (BGB) has not officially informed the Indian side about any such incident or infiltration. BSF argued that despite the extensive CCTV network and checkpoints in Bangladesh, it does not seem logically possible for the accused to easily cross the border.
Let us tell you that Bangladeshi media reports had alleged that the main accused Faisal Karim Masood and Alamgir Sheikh had entered India through Haluaghat border. It is noteworthy that 32-year-old Usman Hadi was shot on December 12, after which he died during treatment in Singapore on December 18.

Who was Osman Hadi?
Osman Hadi was a political science student at Dhaka University and emerged as a prominent figure during the July Movement. He had vocally raised his voice against the policies of the Bangladeshi Army and Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), due to which he was at the center of controversies and discussions.
