In ODI, he scored 871 runs in 27 innings of 31 matches and in T20I, he scored 1209 runs in 66 innings of 76 matches. Pant has played more than 150 matches for India so far.

Pant last played ODI and T20I match in 2024

Rishabh Pant played his last match in T20I on 28 July 2024 against Sri Lanka. Since then he was dropped from the T20 team. If we talk about ODI cricket, Pant played his last ODI match on 7 August 2024. However, after that he remained a part of the ODI team but was not included in the playing. Now there has been an indication that he will be dropped from the New Zealand ODI series also. In such a situation, it seems that Pant will now remain a player of only one format.

Ishan Kishan returns to the team after 2 years

In place of Rishabh Pant, wicketkeeper-batsman Ishan Kishan may get a chance in the ODI team after more than two years. Ishan played his last ODI for India on 11 October 2023 against Afghanistan during the 2023 ODI World Cup at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
