CM Rekha Gupta strongly criticized the previous governments regarding Savada Ghevra EWS residential colony. He said that in this colony developed on 37.81 acres of land, 7,620 residential units were constructed between 2012 and 2020, but 6,476 flats are still lying vacant. Due to non-allotment on time, many flats are now in need of repair, which shows the negligence of the previous governments.

CM Rekha Gupta said that 100 percent sewerage network is available in Savada Ghevra Colony, which is a big achievement in terms of urban infrastructure. Keeping in mind the environmental balance, 39 residential parks spread over an area of ​​more than 22,000 square meters have been developed here. The priority of the government is to strengthen the basic and social infrastructure in such large EWS colonies.
