Roger Shahnazarian, East West’s Vice President of Operations, said the ERP implementation at East West Vietnam played an important role in supporting business operations and provided a foundation for potential deployment at other sites. He noted that collaboration among 3S, Epicor, and East West Vietnam contributed to the project being completed with minimal disruption to operations.
Sau Vo, Founder and CEO of 3S Softwaresaid the project’s delivery in line with the agreed timeline reflected East West Vietnam’s planning, leadership, and operational focus. He added that the implementation represents a step toward strengthening management systems to support future growth and continued cooperation between the two companies.

Leo Klink, General Director of East West Vietnam, said the company’s previous system no longer met its long-term growth and standardization requirements. He explained that Epicor Kinetic was selected to address these needs and that the implementation process was supported by close coordination between the two teams.
David Douglas, Supply Chain Director of East West Vietnam, said one of the company’s objectives was to better align operations across the broader East West enterprise. He noted that the ERP project required coordination across teams and involved developing structures such as bills of operations and manufacturing processes, while also providing greater visibility into business performance.
Eyu-Jin Kim, East West Director of Strategic Initiatives, highlighted the importance of collaboration and trust during the project, noting that the working relationship with 3S Software contributed to the project’s outcomes and would support future initiatives in the region.
The completion of the Epicor Kinetic project reflects the conclusion of a key phase in East West Vietnam’s systems modernization and the ongoing working relationship between East West Vietnam and 3S Software.
East West Vietnam has operated in Binh Duong since 2008, providing end-to-end manufacturing services including PCBAs, New Product Introduction (NPI), and complete box-build assemblies. The ISO-certified facility employs nearly 1,200 people and supplies products for established brands as well as emerging companies.
