Daughter claims on Kuldeep Sengar controversy, stories are being fabricated that father is innocent!

Once again the debate regarding Unnao rape case has intensified in the country. Amidst the demand for justice for the victim, Aishwarya Sengar, daughter of former MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who was convicted, has given a big statement declaring her father innocent. Aishwarya said she has full faith in the judiciary and if it is proved that her father “even raised an eye”, he should be given death sentence.

This statement of Aishwarya Sengar has come at a time when recently the Delhi High Court had suspended the life sentence of Kuldeep Sengar and granted him bail. There was widespread protest against this decision, after which on Monday the Supreme Court stayed the High Court order.

Speaking to IANS, Aishwarya said that her family has been struggling for justice for the last eight years. He claimed that many facts related to the case have been ignored.

According to Aishwarya, the call detail record (CDR) of CBI proves that her father was not present at the spot at the time of the incident. He also alleged that the victim had repeatedly changed the time of the incident.

He said that only one side was being heard on social media and public forums, while his family was being continuously defamed. Aishwarya also rejected the allegations of threat to life made by the victim and said that the victim is under the protection of CRPF.

Aishwarya also claimed that her father was targeted for political reasons and if he was not in politics, he would have already got justice. He said that he has such evidence on the basis of which he will present his case strongly in the court.
