Pakistan’s star fast bowler Shaheen Afridi out of BBL, PCB called back

Shaheen Afridi: A big update is coming out regarding Pakistan cricket team’s star fast bowler Shaheen Afridi. Pakistan Cricket Board has recalled Shaheen Afridi from Big Bash League. Now he will not be seen playing BBL. Shaheen was injured in BBL, due to which PCB has recalled him in view of the preparations for T20 World Cup 2026.

Shaheen Afridi is part of Brisbane Heat in BBL. Brisbane Heat team will play its next match on 31st December, but before that news is coming out that Shaheen Afridi will not play in this match. When Shaheen came to play on 27th December, he gave away 22 runs in one over. After this he did not come to bowl again. However, after this information was received that he had suffered a knee injury. This is the reason why he will not be able to play the next match.

Shaheen Afridi got injured while fielding, due to which he did not come to bowl the fourth over. If reports are to be believed, he has suffered an injury to his right knee, due to which he was feeling very uncomfortable and then left the field. However, no information has been revealed regarding how serious Shaheen Afridi’s injury is. This will be known when the scan report comes. If Shaheen’s injury becomes serious then he may be out of the tournament. However, it is too early to say anything right now.
