Amit Shah’s roar in Bengal, “Will not be able to kill even Parinda”, attacks infiltrators
Tezzbuzz Desk- The election atmosphere is heating up in West Bengal and meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday targeted the Trinamool Congress government in Kolkata. Shah cornered the Mamata government on the issue of infiltration and claimed that if the BJP government is formed in Bengal, the security will be so strong that “even Parinda will not be able to kill.” He said that BJP was founded in Bengal, hence this state holds special significance for the party.
Amit Shah said, “In 2026, BJP will form the government in West Bengal with two-thirds majority.” Referring to the previous election performance he said-
2014 Lok Sabha Elections – 17% votes and 2 seats
2016 Assembly Elections- 10% votes and 3 seats
2019 Lok Sabha Elections- 41% votes and 18 seats
2021 Assembly Elections- 21% votes and 77 seats
He said that the party which had got 3 seats in 2016, got 77 seats in five years. At the same time, Congress reached zero and the Communist alliance did not get a single seat. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, BJP got 39% votes and 12 seats.
Shah alleged that infiltration in Bengal is taking place under the supervision of Mamata government. He said that this problem does not exist in states like Assam, Tripura and Gujarat. Shah also claimed that a patriotic government was needed in Bengal to stop infiltration.
Apart from this, he accused Mamata government of corruption and said that despite getting Rs 27 crore from the minister’s house, the government calls itself poor. He said that in the last 15 years, Bengal has been a victim of fear, corruption and misgovernance.
Amit Shah said that if BJP government is formed in Bengal, the river of development will flow in the state and the welfare of the poor will be given priority. He announced that a strong National Grid will be created to prevent infiltration, which will ensure law and order in the state and the security system will remain completely strong.
