India has picked up the pace of reforms, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi, mentioning special achievements of 2025.
New Delhi. A day before the end of the year 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today mentioned some special achievements of this year and said that India has gained momentum in reforms. Talked on some of the major reforms like GST reforms, unprecedented relief to the middle class by raising the income tax threshold, 100% Foreign Direct Investment insurance reforms, historic labor reforms, diversified and expanded markets for Indian products, nuclear energy reforms, a historic reform in Rural Employment Guarantee (VB Ji Ram Ji) and education reforms. He said that in 2025, there have been unprecedented reforms in various sectors, which have accelerated our development journey. These reforms will also strengthen our efforts to build a developed India.

Modi wrote on Instagram post, India has attracted the attention of the world today. This has been possible because of the innovative spirit of our people. Today the world looks at India with hope and confidence. They applaud the next generation reforms that have accelerated the pace of progress, covering diverse sectors and enhancing the nation’s development potential. The main basis of the pace of this reform is the population of India, our young generation and the indomitable courage of our people. 2025 will be remembered as a year for India when it adopted reforms as a sustained national mission, building on the achievements made in the last 11 years.

PM said, we modernized institutions, simplified governance and strengthened the foundation of long-term, inclusive growth. We moved forward decisively with high ambition, rapid execution and profound change. The objective of these reforms has been to enable citizens to live a dignified life, to enable entrepreneurs to innovate with confidence and to enable institutions to function with clarity and trust.
