Chief Minister Hemant Soren gave appointment letters to 1910 candidates of JSSC CGL, said – next time the conspirators will be sent to jail.
Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday handed over appointment letters to 1910 candidates selected in the CGL examination. Apart from the Chief Minister, Finance Minister Radha Krishna Kishore, Labor Minister Sanjay Prasad Yadav, Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey, MLA Kalpana Soren, MP Mahua Maji were present in this program. In the ceremony, while handing over the appointments, Chief Minister Hemant Soren, while addressing the candidates, fiercely targeted those who were spreading rumors and hatching conspiracies regarding the JSSC CGL exam. The Chief Minister said that I am getting the impression that how happy you all are. Your family is so happy. Because your wait is now coming to an end.
You all know what all the things we had to face regarding JSSC CGL exam. But I had said it earlier also – any destination can be achieved if there is a good intention. Hearty congratulations, best wishes and blessings to all the thousands of youth who have been appointed in the departments under JSSC CGL today.
You might not have expected how much pressure our government officials were under for this challenge of yours and the opposition was also in the same condition. Along with all of you, I also wish all the best to the JSSC and Police officials, I congratulate them for the greatness and honesty with which they presented their views to the people of the state and before the court. And the result of that is that today you all have smiles on your faces.
After the publication of the result, many times you candidates contacted me asking me to get the appointment done soon. We said, don’t worry, now time is on our side and victory will be certain for you, appointments will also be done. This New Year gift is being given to you all so that you all enter the New Year with joy.
When we came to power in December 2019, you all know how challenging our tenure last year was. Still, we did not stop and crores of youth like you continued to have faith and support in us, due to which we came to power again.
It has only been a year since we came to power and you people have seen that in the first year itself, we have drawn a long line and made the youth a part of the government. More than nine thousand youth were given appointment letters in this field last month. You will see that we are making those appointments on priority basis which are directly related to the people of the state. All of you are an important link in strengthening the system of the state.
All of you have come here after studying different subjects. From this it can be estimated how drastic a change can take place in our working style in the coming days.
Among the crores of people of the state, you all are those lucky people who have got the opportunity to serve the people of the state. Some youth told that their families earn their living through farming, labor and small shops etc. Some daughters told that she was taking the right to respect the mother.
Now you have to create a state capable of where people in your neighborhood can stand on their own feet like you. We do not believe much in saying, we believe more in doing. You people, it can be said, have seen the circumstances to win this struggle, you and I have seen the conspiracy of our opponents. I had never imagined even in my dreams that by stooping to such a low level, they could conspire and play with the future of the youth.
Tell me! These people were collecting donations through QR code! In the name of court! This also happens to be heard for the first time. But won’t hear this next time. Next time whoever tries to seduce will go straight to jail. Donations were taken from young people and poor children. I came to know that these people also took donations worth crores of rupees. Recognize! There are many people who hatch conspiracies like this. You must have seen that the thief runs one step ahead of the police, tries to misuse technology, and is finally caught. Examination is being held in Jharkhand, rumor of paper leak is coming from Nepal, it is amazing!
This is all an organized gang. Those who do not want the youth here to get jobs. The opponents did not provide any employment or jobs in their time, and today we are connecting people of every section with government jobs, employment and self-employment. In the coming times, we will open many doors of employment for the youth of the state.
There is an appeal to all the young friends to become a part of the government and engage in the all-round development of this state at such a fast pace that the stigma of backwardness on this state gets erased and we put the state on the leading line. No one has yet assessed the potential of our state but I see a prosperous future for the state. You will see how soon we will see a new pace of development in this state.

It is noteworthy that the examination was taken on 21st and 22nd September under the Common Graduate Qualification Combined Competition (CGL)-2023. Some people had challenged it in the High Court alleging irregularities in the examination. By giving an interim order, the High Court had banned the publication of the results of the examination. On December 3, the High Court had disposed of the petition by removing the interim stay. After this JSSC had released the result of CGL exam.
