History-sheeter involved in Thirteenth was shot dead, died on the spot due to bullet in the head
UP News: In Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh, a history-sheeter who had come to attend the thirteenth class was shot dead by unknown assailants. There was a stir in the area after the incident. Local people immediately took him to the nearest community health center, but doctors declared him dead. The police have taken the body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem.
This incident took place in Babura village of Badlapur police station area. The deceased has been identified as Swadhin Singh alias Chhotu. On Tuesday night he had gone to participate in the thirteenth program organized in the village. When he was returning home after the banquet, when he received a call from someone, he went away while talking. Meanwhile suddenly the sound of gunshot was heard.
Chotu fell on the ground as soon as the bullet hit him
Hearing the sound, the people who reached the spot saw that Chhotu was lying on the ground and he was seriously injured by a bullet in his head. Local people immediately took him to the hospital, where after examination the doctors declared him dead. After the incident, sensation has spread in the entire village and the family members are in bad condition, crying.
Family members expressed suspicion on two people
The deceased Chhotu was a criminal, a history-sheeter of Badlapur police station. About 20 cases were registered against him in Badlapur and Singramau police stations. The family members have lodged an FIR against two people from the village, expressing suspicion against them. Police have arrested both the accused and are being interrogated.
To investigate the matter, SP Dr. Kaustubh has formed four police teams, which are investigating it from every aspect. The body of the deceased has been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem and further legal action is underway.
